Croma Vigilant are delighted to announce that we have been nominated as a finalist for the second year running in the UK Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPA's). 

We are nominated in the following four categories:

Outstanding Contract Security Company
Croma Vigilant celebrated 20 years in business in 2017, alongside several other major achievements including:
A business growth of 93% in just 12 months while maintaining excellent contract and staff retention
Significant investment into the development of our policies, procedures, technology and services
The achievement of Investors in People Gold status, in line with the business culture 

Outstanding In-house Security Team (Broadgate Estates / Glasgow Fort)
The Croma Vigilant security team at Glasgow Fort ensure a safe and secure shopping environment whilst also providing an excellent customer experience which is underpinned by their WorldHost Customer Service Gold Award.

Outstanding In-house Security Manager (Mel Watt / Teesside Park)
Mel is a truly inspirational figure, he inspires all around him and he has an ability to turn around staff who have been demotivated or let down by previous companies. He has an innate ability to transform officers into shining security professionals, his attention to detail is second to none, he is a true leader of people and a real asset to the Croma Vigilant business. Mel has authentic human qualities and a fantastic work ethic that has been revolutionary during the  transformation of the security team at Teesside.

Outstanding Event Security Team (Edinburgh International Conference Centre)
Croma Vigilant provide a professional, highly polished service to Scotland's premier event venue; The Edinburgh International Conference Centre. We provide security solutions to unique and high profile events on a regular basis including Barack Obama’s first ever visit to Scotland. Despite a time of heightened international terrorism the event ran seamlessly on the night with the service provided by Croma Vigilant recognised by the Secret Service.
