Croma PROception

Croma PROception

The launch of PROception is incredibly exciting for the whole team here at Croma Vigilant. We have been established as a business for over 20 years, providing security services across the whole of the UK. During this time, we have been involved heavily at the front end of business and have seen the front of house evolve in a way that now requires a service that is beyond the capabilities of existing service offerings.

PROception has been created with this in mind and brings the amalgamation of 3 key disciplines: reception, concierge and security, to create the front of house professional. We have invested heavily in the relevant expertise to bring fresh ideas and style and we will work closely with our clients to create a look that compliments their environment.

It is imperative that our client’s guests are left with an immaculate first impression as they set the tone for future relationships. It is almost impossible to undo a poor first impression, which is why flawless style and services at the public interface are so important to all businesses.

PROception, however is more than just cosmetic detail. Our hosts allow you to step into an environment that has been enhanced entirely for the customer experience. Our carefully selected staff are trained in World Host Customer Service and they have strong communication skills which we think are essential at the front end of business. All of our staff hold an SIA licence and have been trained in key disciplines such as project griffin, security awareness and are also experts in access control and visitor management systems.

Ruth McGowan comes to us as our Operations Manager for PROception. Ruth has been appointed as the operational lead having recently finished an ambassadorial position with Emirates airline.

Ruth is also an ex Police Constable with five years’ experience and has gained the relevant skillset during her time in the Police Service and with Emirates airline to lead our customer facing service that this marketplace now requires.
