Detailed reports and photos of any damage are all part of the service.
We provide keyholding for many commercial buildings where the management are looking for a rapid response to alarms, clear and detailed reporting and the knowledge that the keys are secured to the highest possible standards.
Locks and Unlocks
Locks and unlocks are also available to let staff in at the beginning of the day and secure the building at the end of the day, often saving money on janitorial staff. Our guards will stay on site and welcome staff in the morning and lock up after the last staff member has left.
As a professional alarm response company, we are looking after your property 24hrs a day. Having been alerted by our Control Panel, we will despatch a designated response officer to inspect the premises. The response officer will assess the situation and will communicate with the relevant emergency services as required and only leave the premises when the site has been secured and the situation rectified.
